Abstract

Intention to quit is the desire of employees to move from one workplace to another. This study aims to examine the effect of job satisfaction, organizational commitment on intention to quit at The Kawi Resort By Pramana Experience Tampaksiring. This research was conducted on all employees at The Kawi Resort By Pramana Experience Tampaksiring. The number of samples in this study were 33 respondents. The sampling technique used in this research is saturated sampling. Data collection was obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires directly to all employees. Data analysis in this study used path analysis and Sobel test. The results of this study show that job satisfaction has a significant negative effect on intention to quit, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, organizational commitment has a negative and significant effect on intention to quit, organizational commitment is able to mediate the effect of job satisfaction on intention to quit.
