Peningkatan Kinerja Dengan Motivasi Kerja Melalui Kepuasan Kerja

Abstract

Human resources are dynamic and have the ability to continue to grow, demanding development from the organization. This research was conducted to test the effect of work motivation on performance through job satisfaction at PT. BPR Kanti in Batubulan, Gianyar. A total of 60 people were selected from a total of 152 people in the population. The data will be analyzed using path analysis and Sobel test. The results obtained are either directly or indirectly through the mediation of job satisfaction, work motivation has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at PT. BPR Kanti in Batubulan, Gianyar. Suggestions in this study is that the management of PT. BPR Kanti in Batubulan, Gianyar always evaluates employee performance by looking at factors of work motivation and employee job satisfaction.
