Meningkatkan Kinerja Karyawan Perusahaan Umum Daerah

Abstract

Employee performance is very important for a company because the role of employee performance determines whether or not the company's goals are achieved. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of leadership, teamwork and work ethics on employee performance. This research was conducted at the Office of Perumda Pasar Sewakadarma Denpasar City. The instrument used in this study is a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability given to 56 respondents from a total population of 128 employees. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that leadership, teamwork, and work ethics had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Based on the results of this study, it is hoped that it can provide recommendations for solutions to problems that exist in the Pasar Sewakadarma Office of Denpasar City regarding leadership, teamwork and work ethics to improve employee performance.
