Pengaruh Kompensasi Finansial, Kecerdasan Emosional, dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT. Astra Motor Honda Cokroaminoto Denpasar

Abstract

The formulation of problems and objectives in this study to determine the effect of financial compensation, emotional intelligence and work discipline on employee performance at PT Astra Honda Motor Cokroaminoto. Location in this study at PT. Astra Honda Motor Cokroaminoto in Denpasar with samples used as many as 42 respondents. The data analysis techniques used are Validity Test, Rehabilitation, Classical Assumptions, Multiple Linear Regression, Determination Coefficient, t Test and Test F. Based on the results of the analysis it can be found that: (1) financial compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, where a value of t 2,454 and sig 0.019 is obtained. (2) Emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, where a value of t 2,230 and sig 0.032 is obtained. (3) work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, where a value of t 2,695 and sig 0.010 is obtained. (4) simultaneously financial compensation, emotional intelligence and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance, where a value of F 16,866 and significance of 0.000 is obtained. The magnitude of the influence of free variables on employee performance is 53.7%. The advice that can be given by researchers is PT. Astra Honda Motor Cokroaminoto Denpasar is expected to increase the amount of salary given to employees, provide training to employees, and provide encouragement or encouragement to employees.
