Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the direct and indirect effect of organizational citizenship behavior on performance through job satisfaction of the apparatus of Sibanggede Abiansemal Village in Badung. This research was conducted in Sibanggede Abiansemal Village, Badung. The population and sample in this study were 39 employees using a saturated sample. Data collection was done by observation, interviews, documentation, literature and distributing questionnaires. The research instrument used is validity test and reliability test. The analytical technique used is path analysis accompanied by the Sobell test. Based on the results of the analysis of organizational citizenship behavior has a positive and significant effect on performance. Organizational citizenship behavior has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on performance. Organizational citizenship behavior has a positive and significant effect on performance mediated by job satisfaction of the village apparatus of Sibanggede Abiansemal in Badung. It is hoped that all Sibanggede Village apparatus can show the value of creativity in carrying out all their work, such as conveying new ideas in facilitating work and being willing to convey aspirations for village progress, especially in Sibanggede Village.
