Abstract

This study aims to determine the partial and simultaneous influence of intellectual competence and career development on employee performance at the Royal Casa Ganesha Hotel and Resort in Ubud, Gianyar Regency. The sample in this study were 65 employees of the Royal Casah Ganesha Hotel and Resort Ubud. Determination of the sample using the saturated sample method The analytical tool used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis The results showed that intellectual competence had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, career development had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, intellectual competence and career development had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The suggestion in this study is that the company is expected to be able to increase anticipation of the risks that may occur by minimizing existing possibilities, carrying out activities that can improve and provide opportunities for all employees to grow and develop in their respective jobs, and carry out activities that relating to new tasks in enlarging the responsibilities of all employees for the benefit of improving the performance of company employe
