Pengaruh Self Esteem dan Self Efficacy Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan pada PT. BPR Mitra Bali Muktijaya Mandiri di Bangli

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of self-esteem and self-efficacy on employee job satisfaction at PT BPR Mitra Bali Muktijaya Mandiri in Bangli partially and simultaneously. The sample used in this study was 32 respondents, using the saturated sampling method. The data analysis technique used in this study is Multiple Linear Regeresi Analysis. The results of the study were obtained if Self esteem had a positive and partially significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Self efficacy has a positive and partially significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Self esteem and Self efficacy have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on employee job satisfaction at PT. BPR Mitra Bali Muktijaya Mandiri in Bangli. The regression equation obtained is Y = 8.820 + 0.647 X1 + 0.405 X2 + e. The magnitude of the influence of self esteem and self-efficacy on employee job satisfaction was 78.9%, while the rest was explained by other causes outside the research model. We recommend that leaders can give appreciation to employees by rewarding outstanding employees. Leaders should also pay attention to employee job satisfaction so that employees feel comfortable at work
