Pengaruh Sistem Informasi Manajemen, Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Penyidik dalam Menangani Perkara Pada Satuan Reserse Kriminal Kantor Kepolisian Resor Tabanan

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of management information systems, leadership style, and work motivation on investigators of the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Tabanan Resort Police Office. This research uses multiple regression analysis method. The population to be studied in this study is the investigators of the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Tabanan Resort Police Office which uncovered 35 investigators. Obtaining data by distributing questionnaires. Testing the hypothesis of this study using SPSS 22.0 for Windows. The results of the study illustrate that the management system, leadership style and work motivation both simultaneously and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the investigation of information in handling cases at the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Tabanan Resort Police Office. The regression equation obtained is: Y = -2.702 + 0.494X1 + 0.497X2 + 0.889X3. Referring to the results, in order to improve the performance of the auditor, it is necessary to regulate or policy to optimize the management information system, leadership style, and work motivation.
