Peran Kepuasan Kerja Memediasi Semangat Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Hotel Anumana Ubud di Kabupaten Gianyar

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of morale on job satisfaction, to determine the effect of morale and job satisfaction in a traditional manner on employee performance and to find out the indirect influence of morale on employee performance through job satisfaction. The sample in the study was 42 respondents. The research method used is quantitative. Instrument tests are carried out with validity and reliability tests using SPSS 26.0 software. The hypothesis test was carried out by path analysis and sobel test to determine the role of job satisfaction as a mediating variable. The results showed that morale has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, morale has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and morale has an indirect effect on employee performance through job satisfaction.  The advice that researchers can give is that Hotel Anumana Ubud, Gianyar Regency, is expected to give reprimands or sanctions to employees who are not present to work according to the established working day, sanction employees who arrive late at work, provide work that is in accordance with the employee's ability so that employees do not feel burdened with the tasks given.
