Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the recruitment and training system on employee performance at Adiwana Hotel Jembawan, Ubud. The location of this study was conducted at Adiwana Hotel Jembawan, Ubud, with a total sample of 42 employees. The method of determining the sample using a saturated sample. The data collection method uses observation, interviews, literature studies and questionnaires that are distributed to all respondents. Analytical technique by conducting instrument tests followed by classical assumption tests, coefficients of determination, f test and t test. The results in this study of the recruitment system had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Adiwana Hotel Jembawan, Ubud Gianyar. Training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Adiwana Hotel Jembawan, Ubud Gianyar. The simultaneous recruitment and training system has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Adiwana Hotel Jembawan, Ubud Gianyar. Advice for subsequent researchers to improve employee performance by conducting a good job recruitment system and providing training in accordance with job development and the need for work.
