Abstract

Self-efficacy and self-esteem in each employee are needed in employees, by increasing the ability to do the tasks given and confidence is expected so that the company runs optimally and employee job satisfaction will increase. So the purpose of this study is to determine the effect of self-effifacy and self esteem on employee job satisfaction at PT. Bali Auction House in Denpasar. The population in this study was 48 employees who were also the sample of the study, where the sample determination method was carried out with saturated sampling techniques and the data collection method by distributing questionnaires to respondents. Data analysis techniques with multiple kinear regression analysis, t and f analysis tests. The results in this study are that self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Self esteem has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Self efficacy and self esteem have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. The advice in this study is that companies are able to pay attention to employees to grow self-efficacy and self-esteem that are able to grow employee job satisfaction.
