Abstract

This research was conducted to find out the effect of transformational leadership and the physical work environment on employee performance. This activity occurred PT. Pawnshop (Persero) East Denpasar. The use of respondents here is as much as 36. For the purposes of research data obtained from questionnaires distributed. Questionnaires were tested using validity and reliability tests and the research results were obtained from regression analysis. The tests conducted showed that there was a significant positive effect of transformational leadership on performance at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Denpasar Timur is known if the t value is 2.165 outperforming the t table 1.697 and the significance level is 0.038. shown that there is a significant positive effect of the physical work environment on the performance of employees at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Denpasar Timur is known if the calculated t value is 5.885 outperforming 1.697 and a significance level of 0.000 so that the second hypothesis is accepted. There is a positive and significant influence between transformational leadership and the physical work environment on employee performance at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Denpasar Timur is known if the calculated F value is 28.331 outperforming the f table 3.32
