Abstract

Employee performance is a result achieved by the employee in his work according to certain criteria that apply to a particular job. Employee performance is influenced by many factors such as servant leadership, employee turnover and organizational culture. The formulation of the problem and the purpose of this research is how and to find out the influence of servant leadership, employee turnover and organizational culture on employee performance. The location of this research is at PT Nusa Kahyangan Asri in Gianyar and the sample used is 99 respondents. The research method used is quantitative. The data analysis technique used is Validity Test, Reliability, Classical Assumptions, Multiple Linear Regression, Coefficient of Determination, t-test and F-test. Based on the research results, it can be seen that servant leadership has a significant positive effect on employee performance, employee turnover has a significant negative effect on employee performance, organizational culture has a significant positive effect on employee performance and simultaneously servant leadership, employee turnover and organizational culture have a significant effect on employee performance. The advice that can be given by researchers is that PT Nusa Kahyangan Asri in Gianyar is expected that the leaders of PT Nusa Kahyangan Asri are expected to lead their subordinates to always lead with love and always provide clear and detailed socialization or directions regarding the policies made.
