Abstract

Performance as a result achieved by individual efforts with their abilities in certain circumstances. Bank Krishna strives for all members of the organization to have good performance, but based on research phenomena it is found that there are problems with employee performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of team work on employee performance through the mediation of organizational citizenship behavior at Bank Krishna in Badung. This research was conducted at PT. BPR Khrisna Adipala (Krisna Bank) precisely on Jl. Raya Darmasaba No. 9, Darmasaba, Abiansemal District, Badung Regency, Bali 80238. The population and sample in this study were 34 employees using a saturated sample. Data collection was carried out by observation, interviews, documentation, literature and distributing questionnaires. The research instrument used is the validity test and reliability test. The analysis technique used is path analysis accompanied by the Sobell test. Based on the results of the analysis, team work has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Bank Krishna in Badung. Team work has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior of employees at Bank Krishna in Badung. Organizational citizenship behavior has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Bank Krishna in Badung. Organizational citizenship behavior plays a role in mediating team work on employee performance at Bank Krishna in Badung
