Abstract

Low organizational citizenship behavior owned by employees affect the success of the delivery of goods. This is certainly detrimental to the company and also consumers. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work motivation and work environment on organizational citizenship behavior employees at J&T Express Drop Point Renon Denpasar. The number of samples taken was 33 people. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test (t test) and (f test). The results showed a positive and significant influence between work motivation onorganizational citizenship behavior employees, meaning that the higher the level of employee motivation, the higher the level of organizational citizenship behavior employee. Judging from the results of the t-count which is equal to 2.386 with a sig value of 0.024 where the t-count value is greater than the t-table which is 1.697 so that the first hypothesis is accepted. There is a positive and significant influence between the work environment on behaviour organizational citizenship behavior employees, which means the higher the level of the work environment, the higher the level of behaviour organizational citizenship behavior employees seen from the results of the work environment t-count which is equal to 2.917 with a sig value of 0.007 where the t-count value is greater than the t-table which is 1.697 indicating the second hypothesis has been tested for truth. There is a positive and significant effect simultaneously between work motivation and work environment onorganizational citizenship behavior employees with an f-count value of 31.097 > 3.32 which is an f-table value so that the third hypothesis is accepted.
