Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja dan Motivasi terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan The Alena Resort di Ubud, Gianyar

Abstract

Human resources are the most important asset in an organization so companies must provide job satisfaction for their employees. Job satisfaction can be achieved with good management, for example by providing a good work environment and providing good motivation to employees. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work environment and motivation on employee job satisfaction.This research was conducted at The Alena Resort Ubud which is located in Banjar Silungan, Lodtunduh, Ubud, Gianyar, Bali and the sample used was 41 respondents. The data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at The Alena Resort in Ubud, Gianyar, motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at The Alena Resort in Ubud, Gianyar, and work environment and motivation have a simultaneous effect on employee job satisfaction at The Alena Resort in Ubud, Gianyar. The magnitude of the influence of independent variables on employee job satisfaction is 76.1%.
