The goal of this study is to see how work motivation, work facilities, and work discipline affect employee performance. The research was conducted at the Tourism Office at Tirta Empul Tourism Attraction, and the sample size was 32 people. In this study, data was gathered by observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Validity, Reliability, Classical Assumptions, Multiple Linear Regression, Coefficient of Determination, t Test, and F Test are the data analysis techniques employed. According to the study's findings, (1) work motivation has a considerable beneficial influence on employee performance, with t values of 2.386 and sig 0.024 achieved. (2) Workplace amenities have a considerable beneficial influence on employee performance, as measured by a t value of 2.160 and a sig of 0.040. (3) Work discipline has a strong beneficial influence on employee performance, as measured by a t value of 2.142 and a sig of 0.041. (4) Work motivation, work facilities, and work discipline all have a substantial influence on employee performance, with a F value of 34.737 and a significance level of 0.000. The extent of the independent variable's effect on employee performance is 76.6%. Researchers can advise employers to always oversee employees at work, to buy work facilities that are still lacking, to raise the intensity of employee supervision at work, and to motivate employees.
