This inquiry of the effects on productivity at Denpasar's Widya Sedana Cooperative in Panjer Village focuses on workplace characteristics, financial incentives, and change-promoting leadership styles. The total number of participants was 32, and all were chosen using saturated sampling methods. For data analysis, we used multiple linear regression. We collected data using a Likert scale questionnaire. Following completion of traditional assumption testing, hypotheses were examined using t-tests and F-tests. Paychecks and performance were discovered to have a favorable and statistically significant relationship, as were transformative leadership and performance. Similarly, it was found that the work environment had a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Financial pay, work environment, and transformational leadership accounted for 71.8% of the observed variation in employee performance.
