Pengaruh Stres Kerja terhadap Turnover Intention yang Dimediasi oleh Kepuasan Kerja pada Karyawan Hotel Indiana Kenanga Boutique & Spa Nusa Lembongan, Kabupaten Klungkung

Abstract

Hotel Indiana Kenanga Boutique & Spa Nusa Lembongan Klungkung is a service company that focuses on the role of HR in achieving company goals. The aim of this research is to determine the role of job satisfaction in mediating work stress on turnover intention in hotel employees. The population in this study were all employees of the Hotel Indiana Kenanga Boutique & Spa Nusa Lembongan, the sample was 46 people. This research uses a saturated sampling technique, members of the population are involved as research subjects. Data collection was carried out using observation, interviews, documentation, literature study methods. Instrument testing was carried out by testing validity and reliability using SPSS software. The results of the analysis show that work stress has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, work stress has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. The results of this research also show that job satisfaction mediates job stress on turnover intention, which means that the less employee job stress is and is supported by good job satisfaction, the more turnover intention will be reduced at the Indiana Kenanga Boutique & Spa Nusa Lembongan Hotel.
