Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the role of job satisfaction in mediating the effect of job rotation on employee performance at CV. Eka Print. The independent variable in this research is work rotation (X), the mediating variable in this research is job satisfaction (M), and the dependent variable is employee performance (Y) on CV. Eka Print. This research uses path analysis. The population used in this research were all CV employees. Eka Print, totaling 37 employees. The sampling method in this research was saturated sampling so the number of samples used in this research was 37 samples. This research uses primary data, data was collected by distributing questionnaires to the entire research sample. The research results show that job rotation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction at CV. Eka Print. Job rotation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at CV. Eka Print. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at CV. Eka Print and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect in mediating the effect of job rotation on employee performance at Job rotation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at CV. Eka Print.
