Peran OCB Memediasi Pengaruh Servant Leadership terhadap Kinerja Karyawan

The purpose of this study is to ascertain whether servant leadership, through OCB, has a direct or indirect impact on worker performance. 53 participants made up the sample, which was selected using the proportional stratified random sampling approach. The study was conducted at Kumbasari-Badung KSP, utilizing 115 personnel in total. The data collection techniques employed in this study included questionnaires, literature reviews, interviews, and observations. With SPSS software, use Cronbach's alpha to assess test validity and reliability. The methods used for data analysis in this study are path analysis and the Sobel test. The analysis's findings provide an interpretation of the positive and noteworthy effects of servant leadership on employe performance, as well as the effects of servant leadership on OCB, OCB on employe performance, and OCB mediating the effects of servant leadership on employe performance. The recommendations made are that Kumbasari-Badung KSP leadership should be more transparent with its staff, that workers should be able to follow instructions and assume full responsibility for all tasks completed in order to prevent errors at work, and that workers should be willing to accept any consequences when performing their jobs.
