Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi, Teamwork, dan Lingkungan Kerja Fisik terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada Cemara Ceramics di Tabanan

Abstract

Employee performance is the result of employee achievements in a process of carrying out their work in accordance with the responsibilities given to them within a certain period of time. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of organizational culture, teamwork, and the physical work environment on employee performance. This research was conducted at Cemara Ceramics in Tabanan with a population of 38 employees with sampling using a saturated sampling technique. The data collection method for this research was carried out by observation, interviews, literature study and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that organizational culture, teamwork, and the physical work environment have a positive and significant partial and simultaneous effect on employee performance at Cemara Ceramics in Tabanan. The advice that can be given in this research is to maintain and improve employee performance which is supported by organizational culture, teamwork and physical work environment factors.
