Data collection was done using a questionnaire, and the analysis technique employed was multiple linear regression analysis. The findings of the hypothesis testing reveal that leadership has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Additionally, the second hypothesis demonstrates that work discipline also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, the third hypothesis suggests that both leadership and work discipline contribute positively and significantly to performance. Suggestions for Hotel Sthala Ubud include improvements in leader communication regarding vision, mission, and work goals by providing communication training for leaders, developing stronger leadership skills, enhancing employee discipline related to time, improving understanding of company rules, and providing education on professional interactions. Additionally, for future research, it is recommended to consider additional variables such as compensation, workload, job stress, and the work environment in analyzing employee performance. Other recommendations include selecting different types of companies as research objects and increasing the sample size for more comprehensive results.
