Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of Brand Image and word of mouth simultaneously on purchasing decisions at Pie Susu Dhian, Batubulan Sukawati Branch, Gianyar. A total of 100 consumers were the focus of this research at Pie Susu Dhian, Batubulan Sukawati Gianyar Branch. The questionnaire was distributed in order to obtain data. F. After analyzing the data, the final conclusion from this research which was carried out at Pie Susu Dhian, Batubulan Sukawati Gianyar Branch, is that purchasing decisions at Pie Susu Dhian, Batubulan Sukawati Gianyar branch are influenced by Brand Image and word of mouth significantly or have an important and positive impact. Suggestions that can be given are that the Dhian Milk Pie product should be made in more flavor variants and with the distinctive taste of Dhian Milk Pie so that visitors are more interested in buying the Dhian Milk Pie product, Batubulan Sukawati Gianyar Branch, increase information in conveying messages or topics related to this product according to their wishes. consumers so that consumers who visit do not hesitate to buy this product
