The aim of this research is to determine the influence of Interpersonal Communication and Teamwork on Employee Performance at CV Company. Bali Treasures. The population in this study were all CV employees. Bali Treasures as many as 56 people with a total sample of 56 respondents who were determined using the saturated sample method. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, documentation, literature study, questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis technique. Based on the research results, it can be seen that: Interpersonal communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Teamwork has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Interpersonal communication and teamwork influence employee performance. Seeing the research results, CV employees. In the future, Bali Treasures hopes to be able to foster positive thoughts when working, don't be easily pessimistic and believe that all work can be completed well so that in the future employees can work with focus and complete all work optimally
