Abstract

Employee performance is an important factor in the success of an organization, including cooperatives. Transformational leadership, fair compensation systems, and strong organizational culture are believed to be able to influence the level of performance. Therefore, this study aims to examine the influence of these three factors on employee performance at the Kamadhuk Civil Servant Cooperative. There were 95 respondents selected as data sources. The analysis used the multiple linear regression method. The results obtained showed that transformational leadership, compensation, and organizational culture had a significant effect on the performance of consumer employees at KPN Kamadhuk. Suggestions given include management needing to improve employee training, accuracy of salary payments, clarity of work targets, and considering other factors such as knowledge sharing and motivation to support employee performance
