Observation aims to obtain Asta Brata leadership, individual characteristics and compensation on employee performance at Hidden Canyon Beji Guwang using a population and sample of 40 employees using a census. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression. The results of the observation reveal that Asta Brata leadership is able to cause increased performance, individual characteristics have a good impact on employee performance and compensation is able to improve employee performance. Asta Brata leadership, individual characteristics and compensation have a positive impact on employee performance. Leaders of Hidden Canyon Beji Guwang are able to act fairly to employees in working, are willing to behave well and follow work regulations and are able to appreciate employees in working.
