Pengaruh Motivasi, Lingkungan Kerjadan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di Wedja Restaurant

This study aims to analyse the influence of motivation, the working environment and work discipline on employee performance at Wedja Restaurant. The background to this study is based on the importance of employee motivation, creating a conducive working environment and employee work discipline, which are believed to enhance employee performance. This study was conducted amongst employees at Wedja Restaurant. The sample size was determined using the saturation sampling method, and data were collected by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The data analysis techniques used were classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, t-tests, and F-tests. The results of the study indicate that, individually, motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at Wedja Restaurant; the work environment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at Wedja Restaurant; and work discipline has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at Wedja Restaurant. The research results indicate that, simultaneously, motivation, the work environment, and work discipline have a positive and significant influence on the performance of Wedja Restaurant employees. This implies that the better the motivation, work environment, and work discipline, the better the employees’ performance; therefore, it is important for the organisation to consider these three factors in its HR management strategy, as well as to conduct further research involving other sectors to strengthen.
